It‘s a very suburban run along the palm tree-lined, wide avenue of Paseo del Parque, past stunning houses. It has a couple of climbs but is not as challenging as tomorrow’s route.
I prefer running in the mornings but an early conference call put paid to that plan today.

That really felt like the end of a tough week. Ashtanga last night was up to Urdva Mukha Paschimottanasana - so quite a long one. And I’ve definitely felt the hills this week. Right hip flexor was complaining before I set off and really moaning by mile 10. I
