Afternoon run πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

A week of intermittent fasting and definitely feeling stronger and lighter. Dropped a couple of kilos and sleeping much better.

I would have preferred to wait another hour to digest lunch but I needed to get out for β€˜head’ reasons! Spent the first half of the run burping(!) but after my tummy settled a little, I settled in. I reckon a few more weeks and I can drop this comfortably to sub-8 min mile pace. Fingers crossed.
