Run home from the office. Very busy by Farringdon and along The Strand. Dodging commuters for much of the run. Felt stronger than the stats indicate. Not sure if thatβs good or bad!

Minus 4 degrees this morning. A little shock to the system after Spain! Itβs taking me a while to find any kind of rhythm, but the ice patches me down today. Last thing I wanted to do was slip. Strava Athlete Intelligence Solid run with personal records on Albert
Itβs an old photo as I completely forgot to take a picture today. A spot of drizzle, but warmer than Madrid. Though it was supposed to be a formal tempo run, I just βwent with the flowβ. I still registered tempo pace more or less throughout, but legs remain
Itβs a six plus hour drive from Sotogrande, and Iβm not a fan of sitting behind the wheel for so long. Stiff legs and a few aches to run out this morning. A crisp start to the day and it felt colder than it really was. Iβm
Legs are stubbornly tired, but pushed through and still really enjoyed this. Heart rate is too high for this pace / effort, but as I read yesterday in Strava: itβs a slow process, but it wonβt get any faster if you quit.β Gibraltar looking pretty with the morning mist.
