Felt a little more fluid on the mat today. I added one more pose in my quest to get back to a regular “half-primary” practice. That’s my steady effort.
I know it’s probably not accepted best practice, but I also like to add a couple of extra poses at the end which help with the running - typically Supta Vajrasana, Malasana and Baddha Konasana.
