As the sun began to set, I rolled out the mat for 25 minutes of Sun Salutations followed by Padanghustasana Padahastasana and Trikonasana A before taking rest.

Bad nightβs sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if βitβ was a different it.
A late night airport pickup meant running on less than five hours sleep - and I like my sleep! But it wasnβt as bad as I feared it might be. A warm one though with little breeze. The photo is of one of my favourite trees on this route
