Evening run 🏃♂️
As awful as Sunday’s run was, today’s was lovely.
Maybe it was the restorative chair massage courtesy of the team from Skyn Deep who visited Rise this afternoon. Perhaps it was missing a run yesterday. Maybe it was the need to ‘vent’ after being told (again) “fantastic business model - you have it all - but you’re a little early for us” by an investment advisor. But whatever made it happen, tonight I found a little rhythm and stride.
i finished the edit of the first episode of the first season of our first Wonderful Podcast, so we’ll be getting that all lined up to publish on Saturday, the eighth anniversary of the Wonderful Org launch, and my 58th birthday. 🎈
