Evening run 🏃♂️
The running torch / chest strap that Carmen bought for my birthday was great heading through St James‘ Park this evening. The sudden contrast from headlights, streetlights and brightly lit shops on The Strand and Trafalgar Square means my eyes don’t have time to adjust and it’s suddenly like running along a country path! But the two settings and tilt of the “headlamp” meant I could run with a little more confidence tonight.
Enjoyable run home from work.
