Evening run 🏃♂️
That’s confirmed. I’d rather have the heat and the hills than run after sixteen hours fasting. Loving the intermittent fasting (two weeks in) and I’m sleeping so much better, but running first thing in the morning when you haven’t eaten since 2pm the previous day is just dumb (imho). So from today I’m swapping around, yoga in the morning before breakfast and running when it cools off a little in the evening, with two big meals to fuel the cardio.
