Lunch run πββοΈ
Keen to nail the Zone 2 heart rate which is tricky with the hills, even at a comfortable pace. But I was reasonably pleased with this one.
With an extra day off this week, I was feeling strong and well rested. I also decided to run later and enjoy an extra hour in bed this morning.
Tomorrow I have a progression run which means sub 7 min pace for ten minutes of the run. Iβm feeling a little nervous about that as itβs been a while, but Iβm hoping that I can maintain it without feeling like Iβm having to sprint. Will be very interesting to see maximum heart rate tomorrow.
