Lunch run 🏃♂️
Back to the hills (and cloudy skies). Kept to a comfortable pace and enjoyed the time on my feet. I remember once reading that “time on your feet“ is a good approach to Sunday running. Easy, rhythmic motion.
Once March arrives, I’m planning to add one quality session to each week’s running. I‘ll keep the majority of runs at a ‘whatever I fancy today’ pace, but include one day of hills, intervals or fartlek training.
And even though it was only 20 minutes, it felt great to get back on the mat yesterday. Even a few sun salutations make all the difference.
