Back in London means a Saturday morning run around Battersea Park before all the ParkRun folks arrive.
It was fairly busy along the river this morning and a little chillier than Spain (though not much).
This one felt harder than it should have done, given the pace, but I’ve been doing this for four decades now (agh!), so I know it’s a question of patience and consistency. Nothing else.

Bad night’s sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if “it” was a different it.
