Finally got the trainers back on, although I'm still snottier than a snail on a rainy day. This cold really hasn't wanted to budge.

Temperature was perfect for running though. Nice breeze (from behind) and around 11 degrees. Would have been nice to see a little more sunshine, but St James' Park was lovely. Stopped at Somerset House to take a quick snap, but generally feeling pretty strong today (unsurprising I guesss, after a week's rest).

Constantly tired. And I’m fed up of feeling like this. I’m also always cold. Hands and feet in particular. But even when the weather isn’t particularly cold, I’m just freezing. I think I might get some blood tests, just to check everything is OK. Strava Athlete
