Morning run 🏃♂️
This morning’s run was nothing short of awful!
Spent a day in the car yesterday - London to Derbyshire and back to see my mother. I felt completely dehydrated, tired, elevated heart rate and even dizzy at one point. I’m definitely not on top form.
Despite five weeks without gluten or sugar and some lovely, fluid runs, the level of fitness I’m aiming for is taking much longer to achieve than I’d hoped.
That consistency I’d hoped for between 1st January and my birthday (coming up this week), has been reasonable, barring a couple of weeks with a bad cough and cold which kept me inside.
I also find yoga in London difficult - we’re a little short of space in the flat and trying to fit yoga in with running to the office and spending time with the family can be challenging.
