Itโs going to be a little while before I get a spring in my step (maybe Spring?), but I still really enjoy running in Spain - even when itโs hard work.

Constantly tired. And Iโm fed up of feeling like this. Iโm also always cold. Hands and feet in particular. But even when the weather isnโt particularly cold, Iโm just freezing. I think I might get some blood tests, just to check everything is OK. Strava Athlete
