Spectacular morning for a super chill run around Paseo del Parque, over the bridge crossing Rio Guadiaro and alongside Gigi’s Beach to the end of the marina.
Gibraltar on the horizon with Africa beyond, to the left. This will always be one of my favourite runs, but today was really relaxing and therapeutic.

Easing back into it after a wonderfully chilled week, enjoying hotel amenities extending only to the restaurant and pool area, carefully avoiding the gym. Planning a little open water swimming today, some skipping (a couple of minutes) and restorative yoga. The run didn’t feel as tough as I expected
