Morning run πββοΈ
More hilly running today. I was feeling a little tired in the legs before heading out - and tight hamstrings - but 2 x 30 seconds in Uttasana helped. It was another beautiful start to the day: clear 10 degrees, blue sky.
According to Strava, Iβve run this route 32 times and today I was trending faster (which surprised me because I ran at a pace 22 seconds per minute quicker on Tuesday morning).
I know I have posted about not really setting targets at my age, but Iβd like to get my actual pace under 8β15β for this route (I guess that would be a Grade Adjusted Pace of around 7:40 ish.
