Morning run πββοΈ
Short and quick(ish) one today. Just wanted to push a little, so took the pace to 8β22β (GAP 7β51β). I want to be running sub 7β30β over 5k in the next few weeks, and ideally back to sub 7β00β in six months. Average HR was 161 (tempo range), so I could definitely be pushing harder.
Great weather for running, but a touch of tiredness in the legs this morning.
