Lovely conditions for this morning’s run. Around 10 degrees, sun beginning to poke through the clouds and a very gentle breeze.

There is often that moment of deliberation when I climb out of bed: Will it matter if I miss today? The simple fact is, if you’re fortunate enough to be able to get outside to exercise, you’ll seldom regret having made the effort.

I feel rewarded, energised and ready to take on the day. And I’m very grateful that I’m able to run.

Constantly tired. And I’m fed up of feeling like this. I’m also always cold. Hands and feet in particular. But even when the weather isn’t particularly cold, I’m just freezing. I think I might get some blood tests, just to check everything is OK. Strava Athlete
