After a day’s rest and a good night’s sleep and I was feeling fairly well recovered and ready to get out. Wanted to do nine miles, but didn’t get up early enough, so I skipped the stretch down to the marina (as in I didn‘t do it rather than I switched to a different stride!).
The weather was lovely. There were a few more school commuters on the roads this morning, but in the overall scheme of things, still relatively quiet.
Constantly tired. And I’m fed up of feeling like this. I’m also always cold. Hands and feet in particular. But even when the weather isn’t particularly cold, I’m just freezing. I think I might get some blood tests, just to check everything is OK. Strava Athlete
