The sun has been absent for days now and we’ve also had La Calima (the fine sand blowing in from Africa covering everything with yellow dust).

Bad night’s sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if “it” was a different it.
