I was tired this morning. Feeling the hills of Tuesday and Speed Intervals from yesterday in my legs. Surprising how โwiped outโ I felt. Still, I showed up - and thatโs what counts. I hope.

Sun is out, temperature around 13 degrees, clear blue sky and a lovely run (though feeling a little tired after the flight).
