I was tired this morning. Feeling the hills of Tuesday and Speed Intervals from yesterday in my legs. Surprising how “wiped out” I felt. Still, I showed up - and that’s what counts. I hope.

Bad night’s sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if “it” was a different it.
A late night airport pickup meant running on less than five hours sleep - and I like my sleep! But it wasn’t as bad as I feared it might be. A warm one though with little breeze. The photo is of one of my favourite trees on this route
