Morning run πββοΈ
Today was a target pace run for 15 mins (and an optional extra 5 mins) with 15 min warm up / cool down. The target pace was 7:28 - 7:48 and I ran the first interval (15 mins) at 7:30 and the second (5 mins) at 7:38. I was pretty pleased with this but Garmin gave me a 62% (average) execution score. I assume this was because I ran a little too quickly at times and a little too slowly at others, but I assumed averaging at target pace was the requirement.
My heart rate was generally comfortable though I found the last three or four minutes were challenging. The cool down was the climb back up to Senda Chica from Paseo del Parque so a little elevation gain.
I ran an extra mile and a half from the recorded distance, continuing after the session auto completed.
