Another easy run with hills. I love this route and today the weather was absolutely perfect. Clear blue sky, gentle breeze and a lovely 13 degrees.
I was hoping to drop the heart rate under 153 bpm for this one (keeping it in Zone 2 on average). Maybe because it’s third consecutive run and it was hills Tuesday and a target pace run yesterday, but I really enjoyed it nonetheless.
Constantly tired. And I’m fed up of feeling like this. I’m also always cold. Hands and feet in particular. But even when the weather isn’t particularly cold, I’m just freezing. I think I might get some blood tests, just to check everything is OK. Strava Athlete

That really felt like the end of a tough week. Ashtanga last night was up to Urdva Mukha Paschimottanasana - so quite a long one. And I’ve definitely felt the hills this week. Right hip flexor was complaining before I set off and really moaning by mile 10. I
