Back to London for the Sunday Hyde Park run but needed to be out for 105 minutes today so extended it to take in Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly and Green Park.

Feeling surprisingly low on energy today. Not sure if it’s psychological, but running felt harder than it should have after a rest day. Not worryingly so, just a little frustrating.
