Morning run 🏃♂️
Today was terrible. It was supposed to be speed intervals but before I even slipped the trainers on, I knew that wasn’t happening.
As lovely and relaxed as last Sunday’s half, this was awful. Tired legs, tired everything. I’ve not run since Tuesday and there’s been sugar in the diet. Not slept well, stressed and generally fed up. So as much as it was terrible, I’m really glad I went.
