Morning run πββοΈ
Still feeling tired. But today it was a lack of sleep, rather than tired legs. I guess itβs an unavoidable downside of age, but itβs frustrating that it seems to take much longer - and a lot more work - to bring fitness levels back. Iβve lacked consistency with yoga, but I have been running pretty solidly for the last six months.
Iβm determined to work a little harder on the yoga, starting later today with seated and standing Ashtanga.
