Morning run 🏃‍♂️

Still feeling tired. But today it was a lack of sleep, rather than tired legs. I guess it’s an unavoidable downside of age, but it’s frustrating that it seems to take much longer - and a lot more work - to bring fitness levels back. I’ve lacked consistency with yoga, but I have been running pretty solidly for the last six months.

I’m determined to work a little harder on the yoga, starting later today with seated and standing Ashtanga.
