Hyde Park, as planned. Beautiful weather today. Felt yesterday’s seven miler in my legs a little today, but it was a lovely run. Lots of runners and walkers out enjoying the sunshine in the parks.

Bad night’s sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if “it” was a different it.
