Since I haven’t run since Sunday [sigh] I thought I’d wake the legs up with a gentle 5k. Lovely to be back in Spain. I was only away a week (and we had some great weather in London), but there’s something about the depth of blue in the skies here that feeds the soul.

Bad night’s sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if “it” was a different it.
