Morning run 🏃♂️
Paseo del Parque and definitely feeling the missed runs this week. Beautiful weather. Set off thinking “I’ll take it slowly today.” Then soon realised, there probably wasn’t another option!
On the recommendation of Andi Ihantko (MacBreak Weekly), I downloaded an app called “Habits” from the Not Boring developers. It‘s not for the running - I think I have that habit now, but for yoga. I need to find time six days a week. Let’s see if the app helps.
