Morning run 🏃‍♂️

Up and at ‘em ahead of second day at Money2020 in Amsterdam. Yesterday was a 4am start for a 6am flight. A full day walking around a massive conference centre and then a five mile walk to reccy this morning’s route. Around 30,000 steps and 18 hours awake.

Last night was the fourth night of intermittent fasting and although today was much easier than Sunday’s run on an empty tank, I think it’ll take a few weeks to settle in to it.
