Morning run πββοΈ
I wanted to pick up the pace a little in the middle of this run, but I still find that I donβt differentiate enough between the easy and harder sections, running with a similar effort throughout (maybe marginally quicker and slower). I think once a week, Iβll try to do 1.5 miles at say 9:45 pace, then 4 miles at 8:00 (or quicker, if I can) and then the last 1.5 miles as slowly as possible.
It was a lovely morning today. Near perfect conditions. The intermittent fasting is definitely helping with heart rate - average resting is now sub 40bpm.
