Morning run 🏃♂️
And today’s was more or less the opposite of yesterday’s. Interestingly, I felt mentally ready for a fast one this morning. Lying in bed, I thought my energy level was high and I reckoned a quick 7 rather than an easy 11 would be fun. Turned out to be a tiring effort and I am not sure I would have been up to much more.
The weekly weigh in was 67.3kg, so I think I need to be eating more. I didn’t drink enough yesterday and I’ve definitely done a lot more exercise this week (not in terms of mileage, but much more yoga and short blasts of skipping. 1400 yard open water swimming yesterday too (which was wonderful!), so I figure, as I write all of that down, it’s probably not a surprise I’m feeling a bird depleted. Time to raid the nut jar.
