Been a bit hit and miss with the blogging recently, but I‘m still here. Back in London this week, so today’s run was the morning commute. Felt a little more energy after missing Sunday’s run and also getting two good nights of sleep. Really enjoyed the cooler weather and although the sun wasn’t anywhere to be seen, I can’t complain as there’ll be plenty of that again on Thursday.
Constantly tired. And I’m fed up of feeling like this. I’m also always cold. Hands and feet in particular. But even when the weather isn’t particularly cold, I’m just freezing. I think I might get some blood tests, just to check everything is OK. Strava Athlete
