Morning run πββοΈ
Started to train for another marathon, hopefully NYC. But I want to give myself a very long programme, so it will be 2026 (when Iβll be 60) rather than next year.
Iβve put together a plan with four days per week in the first twelve months - two short, easy runs, one 30 minute tempo and a long Sunday run. Today was the first long run and after a few weeks of hit and miss (more miss than hit) training, I feel wiped out!
