60 minutes of restorative yoga to complete the week. This is a practice I really enjoy and always come out of - as the name implies - feeling restored!
Highly recommend. Itβs a yin yoga session with some modifications and some traditional poses. Itβs a Sunday staple after the long run and even though today was anything but long, I still felt the benefit, particularly un the calf muscles and hamstrings.
