Gently back in to the yoga with 20 minutes of sun salutations. This photo was taken about an hour before I started and the sun had started to descend when I rolled out the mat.
Feeling tired, stiff and generally awful. Much more yoga required.

Bad night’s sleep so my plan to run 8 mile hills was abandoned in favour of a less time-consuming 5k, so I could be back for an 8am breakfast. I did feel tired this morning, but at least got it done - even if “it” was a different it.
A late night airport pickup meant running on less than five hours sleep - and I like my sleep! But it wasn’t as bad as I feared it might be. A warm one though with little breeze. The photo is of one of my favourite trees on this route
