Evening run ๐โโ๏ธ
Thatโs confirmed. Iโd rather have the heat and the hills than run after sixteen hours fasting. Loving the intermittent fasting (two weeks in) and Iโm sleeping so much better, but running first thing in the morning when you havenโt eaten since 2pm the previous day is just dumb (imho). So from today Iโm swapping around, yoga in the morning before breakfast and running when it cools off a little in the evening, with two big meals to fuel the cardio.
