Completely depleted after the evening commute run and no fuel since 1:30pm yesterday. The intermittent fasting is definitely helping me to sleep better but two runs in no food is a bit stupid. I had planned to get up at six, have breakfast and run at 8:30. it

Run home from the office. Very busy by Farringdon and along The Strand. Dodging commuters for much of the run. Felt stronger than the stats indicate. Not sure if that’s good or bad!

Up and at ‘em ahead of second day at Money2020 in Amsterdam. Yesterday was a 4am start for a 6am flight. A full day walking around a massive conference centre and then a five mile walk to reccy this morning’s route. Around 30,000 steps and 18 hours awake.
